My name is Cameron Massey and I was born and raised in the upstate of South Carolina. I obtained my Bachelors in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from Clemson University with a minor in Forest Resource Management. Soon after I attended NC State University where I achieved my Master of Science in Forestry. Here, my work focused on the optimization of timberland value.
I spent my first two years out of school in the forestry field, cruising & appraising timber tracks, preparing and completing timber sales. I wrote tree farm management plans, and completed prescribed burns for landowners. I also had the opportunity in managing large scale pine planting projects. I obtained my real estate license because I enjoy meeting new people and advising methods to generate revenue from land, as well as obtain or sell it. I currently sit on the South Carolina Forestry Commissions Young Professionals Committee where I help with outreach, networking, and unifications of professionals across the industry.
In my free time I enjoy walking family land with my wife and two dogs, A German Shepard and German Wirehaired Pointer. We love to be outdoors whether we are fishing, hunting, camping, or even bird watching. We aim to serve the Lord in some way every day.
